Coaching for Professionals & Care Providers
When you support others — whether as a therapist, caseworker, teacher, or healer — you’re often lending your prefrontal cortex to help your clients or students regulate. Without active nervous system resets, you begin to carry their emotional load or trauma as if it were your own.
In professional trainings, I teach how to:

Identify when co-regulation turns into emotional absorption.

Reset the parasympathetic nervous system. Learning strategies to reset your system during the day (micro-resets), and hard resets afterward for intense sessions.

Use somatic breathwork to tell the brain “I’m safe and in control again.”

Coaching for Neurodivergent, Autistic & Energy-Sensitive Adults
Many adult autistic and otherwise neurodivergent humans experience communication, empathy, and sensory awareness at amplified levels. What’s often labeled as “too sensitive” or “overly intuitive” is, in reality, the nervous system’s extraordinary way of processing more information than most.
